COVID-19 UPDATE (05/12/2020)
Once you have booked your appointment you will receive a confirmation email/text with a link to a health screening form. All visitors must complete the health screening form before each visit to the salon.
To prepare for your appointment we require that you wear a mask and arrive with clean dry hair, as we are currently able to only use half of our shampoo bowls in order to practice safe distancing.
Wear Clothing that you are not concerned about (we are currently not using changing rooms) and only bring necessary items to your appointment such as a credit card, phone, and mask.
THE CHECK-IN PROCESS
On the day of your appointment, you will park and check-in from your car using the Dear Clark app.
At this point, you will be prompted to fill out the health screening form (if you already haven’t).
From there the receptionist will call you once it is time for your appointment and meet you at the front door where your temperature will be checked with a No Touch digital thermometer. You will then be handed a smock/cape and taken directly to your chair
PREMIUM BLOWOUT LOUNGE
You must book a blow-dry separate from any scheduled appointment for a $50 charge. For the time being this is considered a premium higher risk service. We will assess the risk every couple of weeks.

If this is your first visit to Dear Clark Hair Studio, we highly advise that you call our Guest Services staff so that they may help schedule your first appointment. This will ensure that your service and service provider is the best choice for you.
All appointments booked online and through reception now require a credit card to hold your appointment. The credit card will be charged $1 the first time (to be deducted from service).
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services booked.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved.
