Dear Clark,

Mickey began his career at the Toni and Guy Academy in 1994. After he graduated, he assisted at their Sherry Lane location. After a short time Mickey was immersed into their Teacher Training Program to become one of their top color educators.

After Mickey left Toni and Guy he became part of a research and development team that would travel to Italy and test hair color as well as styling products. He played an integral part of not only perfecting the Italian color line but also in launching it.

Mickey joined Dear Clark when the salon opened in 2008. Since it’s opening he has taken a leadership role in color education for the salon. His color line of choice is Davines, and he LOVES to do Brazilian Blowouts! In addition to working full time at Dear Clark Mickey travels to Austin once a month to do hair with Martin Pena.

Recently Mickey was part of the Dear Clark team that worked with the Kim Dawson Modeling Agency doing make overs on the 10 finalists for their annual model search.

In his spare time Mickey loves to work out, check out the latest restaurants in Dallas, and spend time with his Golden Retriever Frida!
