Dear Clark,

You have to come meet “Mo”! This is a gal who was meant to cut hair. Born as a rock-loving Virgo in Flushing, Michigan, Maureen has been with us since the beginning.

As a kid, her mom wouldn’t take her to the beauty salon to watch the stylists, so while her dad was watching football, she took some scissors to her bangs. Mo got her wish and her mom finally had to take her to get her hair fixed!

Mo graduated from the Wayne Starr School of Cosmetology in 1992 and received advanced training from Toni and Guy in 1993. She worked, taught, and traveled with Toni and Guy until 2001, and continued working until 2008 when she came to us.

She loves cutting long hair, men’s hair, and fine hair. She also specializes in natural looking highlights and grey coverage with the L’Oreal Professional line. Mo is also certified in Deva Curl and Brazilian Blowout.

You can see Mo on Monday through Saturday. Her schedule is very flexible.

When not working, Maureen loves to cook, eat, drink, tend to her garden, and entertain friends. She’s always up for a great concert especially when it’s a legend like Willie Nelson or Loretta Lynn!
